Where is Laito based/showroom?

Laito is home based online retail at Selangor who want to bring you perfect product at affordable price.

When will you ship out the items after we place order?

Order before 5pm will arrange to ship from us within 2 days (not including Saturday and Sunday). example: If you successfully place order and make payment on Monday 4.59pm, we will arrange delivery latest on Wednesday.

Order after 5pm will arrange to ship from us within 3 days (not including Saturday and Sunday). example: If you successfully place order and make payment on Monday 5.01pm, we will arrange delivery latest on Thursday.

You will receive an email confirming your order directly after order placement. You will receive another email confirming shipment with tracking information. All shipping and handling charges are calculated using a weight-based system. LAITO STUDIO is not responsible for any delay of shipment cause by courier company.

Can we order online and pick up from you?

Yes! At the moment, we have one pick up point, location is:

McD Denai Alam, Shah Alam

Persiaran Elektron, Denai Alam, 40160 Shah Alam, Selangor

Please allow us to prepare your order in 1-3 days. We will contact you to confirm the pick up time after receive your order. Any queries please drop and email to laito.studio@gmail.com

Can we view the product at pick up point and pay on the spot?

Sorry we don't accept cash. Pick up point customer who already placed order and made payment.

Any discount for bulk order?

Yes, trade enquiries are most welcome at Laito.

How if i receive damage item?

If you receive a package and your item is damaged or in need of repair please email us directly at laito.studio@gmail.com. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for shipping products back to LAITO STUDIO. Please email us shipping information at laito.studio@gmail.com if you decide to return a product and we will keep an eye out for your shipment.

Can i return or request for refund?

Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind or limited edition, we apologize that we are not able to offer returns or refunds no matter what is your reason.

Can i buy product which is out of stock?

Our shop rotates its stock every one to two months. If you would like to purchase the items that are sold out, you may drop us an email at laito.studio@gmail.com. We will update you estimated time of stock arrival.

Is the price include installation?

We do supply only, you may look for electrician for installation.

Can you provide more information about a product?

We try our best to provide sufficient information about our products in order for you know more about the products we love. The information of the product we provided such as images, dimension and material. If you have additional questions regarding our product, please drop an email to laito.studio@gmail.com and we will do their best to answer your questions within 2 working days.

Any warranty?

We will test our product and make sure it's in good condition before arrange shipment. We do not practise warranties of merchantability. Once item are sold, we are not responsible for cost of damages, servicing, or repairs.
